Returns Policy – Wendy’s Dog Apparel
 

Returns: We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, fault or change of mind. You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction. An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be as new, in original condition with no markings on the packaging in order to be returned. Damaged, used, or opened products may be exchanged, credited or refunded at our approval.
 
Shipping costs of returning any items will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case please call us to arrange postage. Any refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, for example a credit card. All claims for non delivery, short shipments or damage must be made no later than 14 days from shipment date. All requests for proof of delivery also must be received within 14 days of purchase date. Requests for return authorisation is required on all items returned beyond the 14-day money back period. Return Policy – Coats
All coats are returnable or exchangeable as long as they have not been worn and are in the same condition as they were bought.
Return Policy – Sticks
If you are unhappy with a stick that you have bought from me I am happy to either refund or swap it for another providing the original has not been damaged and is within 2 weeks of buying it.
Return Policy – Collars
All collars are refundable as long as they have not been worn.
